This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding document that outlines the terms and conditions for your use of the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. By registering for and using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms of this Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting within the App, and your continued use of the App after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By registering for an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account and to keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You retain ownership of any content you create or submit through the App. However, by submitting content, you grant Soumi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.
The App offers subscription-based services. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fees associated with the plan you select.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the App's account settings.
We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data, and you use the App at your own risk.
All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property within the App are owned by Soumi or its licensors. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without our prior written consent.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the App's account settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate this Agreement or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the App or other users.
The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the App's content or the availability of the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soumi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Soumi regarding your use of the App and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
By using Soumi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this User Agreement.
